Align Lending is an independent mortgage broker. We do not lend our own money. We arrange mortgages with wholesale lenders, which make the credit decision and fund the loan. Every license we hold, with its number and status, is listed on NMLS Consumer Access, the national registry of mortgage companies and loan originators.

Disclosures

How a broker works, and how we are paid

A mortgage broker compares loan options from multiple wholesale lenders and manages your application from the first conversation to closing. The lender you choose underwrites, approves and funds the loan. How Align Lending is paid on your loan, and how much, appears on your Loan Estimate and Closing Disclosure, the federal forms every borrower receives.

Nothing on this website is a credit decision, a preapproval, a commitment to lend or an offer of credit. Rates, terms and programs change and depend on the lender's review of your application and the property.

Equal Housing Opportunity

Align Lending is an Equal Housing Opportunity company. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, marital status, age (provided you have the capacity to enter a contract), familial status or disability, because all or part of your income comes from a public assistance program, or because you have in good faith exercised a right under the Consumer Credit Protection Act.

Federal law, through the Equal Credit Opportunity Act and the Fair Housing Act, prohibits discrimination in mortgage lending on these grounds.
