Align Lending

Mortgage Broker for Additional Michigan Cities

Align Lending is a Michigan mortgage broker, and we lend well beyond the counties that have a page of their own on our site. This page covers 13 more communities in 8 counties: the Kalamazoo and Battle Creek area; Lansing and the townships around it; Midland and Saginaw Township; Norton Shores on the lakeshore; and Traverse City with the Old Mission Peninsula.

They are not one market. A typical home in Peninsula Township, near $707,000, costs more than 5 times as much as one in Lansing, near $129,000. In Peninsula Township the largest homes can pass the 2026 conforming limit of $832,750; in most of the others, the down payment and the cash to close are the harder numbers.

Home Values in These Communities
